When does a listing go active?
After we review it. Every hauler is approved manually. Sending the form does not turn a listing on. Listing is still free.
Will I get scrap leads right away?
No. FindScrapGuy does not promise leads, jobs, or income. If a nearby request fits what you haul, we can contact you. You still decide whether to take it.
Who should apply?
Independent scrap collectors, scrap haulers, metal recyclers, and scrap buyers who already pick up with a truck or trailer and cover a real service area.
What should I put in the application?
Your name, a phone or email you actually answer, the cities or ZIP codes you cover, the metals and items you take, and the truck or trailer you use.
Do I have to take every job?
No. You choose the load, the distance, and any payment. FindScrapGuy does not pick up scrap and does not set your price.
I have scrap to get rid of. Is this the right form?
